For the 2011 conference there are two easy ways to pay for registration: credit card or check. The former you can do online. The second you'll have to mail in. But both work!

Pay By Credit Card

This is the preferred method for conference registration. It's easy for you and easy for us! Once you fill out the registration form and click "Register" a second page will appear for you to submit your credit card information. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are all accepted!


Or Pay By Check

If you'd prefer to pay via check, that's fine too! Simply fill out the registration form but type "Paying by Check" in the final text field named "Other Questions or Comments." Then you'll just skip the credit card payment page that appears next. Instead fill out your check and send it in promptly to:
