Parish Priests Attend Free!

It's awesome when priests and parish staff are able to learn alongside each other... and that's why we're carrying on our tradition of offering each parish a free priest registration when coupled with at least one staff registration from the same parish.

What's in it for your priest?

  • Great workshops! We have a few Priest Track classes geared specifically for priests, plus many other classes that will interest him.
  • A new perspective. If you've ever thought, Father just doesn't get it, you'll want to bring him to conference where he can better understand what staff really do and the tools they needs to be successful!
  • Inspiring keynotes. Everyone can learn something from and be inspired by the Catholic speakers who will be presenting this year's keynotes.
  • Time with other priests. It never hurts to spend a little quality time with others--especially other Catholics who face the same questions.

Register soon! And be sure to get your priest on board!

Check out the Conference Schedule

The 2014 Conference schedule is now ready for your review! You can see an overview of what we'll be doing or take a more indepth look at some of the planned speakers and events. We're getting pretty excited, and we think you'll like what you see!

Just a reminder, if you haven't registerd yet, now would be a great time to finalize your plans and submit your registration. The early bird rate ($425) is still available.

296 attendees . . . and counting!

If you're wondering who those 296 attendees are, you'll have to come to Conference to find out! There's still time for you to register--we'll be accepting registrations through October 11!

If you're with us in Baltimore this year, you'll see 59 unique dioceses represented by parish and/or diocesan staff, including several folks from these dioceses:

  • 39 attendees from the Archdiocese of Baltimore
  • 22 attendees from the Diocese of Bismarck
  • 20 attendees from the Diocese of Salt Lake City

Keynote Speakers Finalized

We're pleased to announce our terrific line-up of speakers for the 2012 conference!

  • Monsignor Bill Hanson, Pastor, St. Gerard Majella, Port Jefferson Station, NY

Each of our speakers brings valuable insights to our theme--Accelerate!  And we're excited to hear their perspectives on Technology, Engagement, and New Evangelization.

Announcing the 2012 Conference Hotel

We're excited to announce that the 2012 ParishSOFT Conference will be held October 8-10 at the historic Dearborn Inn in Dearborn, Michigan, also the site of the 2008 conference.

The Dearborn Inn is a Mariott hotel and is located just 12 miles Northeast of Detroit's Metro Airport (DTW). It is also right around the corner from the midwest's premier history attraction, The Henry Ford.

Frommer's review states: The Dearborn Inn opened its doors in 1931 as the world's first airport hotel, located right across the street from Ford Airport. The airport has long since closed, but this historic inn remains popular, known for its Georgian elegance, first-class service, and business amenities. Twenty-three acres of meticulously landscaped grounds and gardens make this hotel feel worlds away from the big city.

We're already very excited for the 2012 conference. We hope you'll make plans to join us during beautiful October in Michigan!
