Two Ways to Pay

If you haven’t already registered for conference, keep in mind that when you do, you’ll have two payment options. (For those of you who are selecting workshops, Hands-on Training payment works the same way!)

Pay by Credit (or Debit) Card

After you’ve submitted your registration form, you’ll come to the payment page. To pay by credit card, select the button by the Visa and MasterCard icons.

 
 

Simply fill out your card information and billing address and include an email address to have the receipt sent to. Once you click the “Submit Payment” button, your payment should process.

Pay by Electronic Check

Another option is to pay by electronic check. To pay by eCheck, select the button by the eCheck icon.

 
 

You’ll need your routing number and your account number (both of these can be found on the front of your checks). You'll also select an account type--you can have the payment come out of a checking or savings account.

 
 

Lastly, enter an email address to have your receipt sent to and click “Submit Payment.”


Note: If you have trouble with one of our payment forms, you can also submit payment here. For "Invoice Amount", enter the total that you see on the payment summary page of your conference registration, and in the “Additional Information” field, let us know that your payment is for Users’ Conference and be sure to mention the name(s) associated with the registration(s) you’re paying for.

Select Your Workshops!

The workshop schedule—complete with class descriptions and presenter profiles—is now available!

View the workshop schedule, and, if you’ve already registered for conference, begin selecting your classes!

Steps for Creating Your Workshop Schedule

  • Browse the workshop schedule:
    • You can view the workshops by time slot or by topic. (You’ll see the color coded topics / workshop tracks either in the right sidebar or at the bottom of the webpage.)
    • You can also search for classes by keyword or presenter. (The search field is either in the right sidebar or at the bottom of the webpage.)
    • To read a workshop’s description, click on the workshop title. (Also check to see if it’s geared toward diocesan staff, parish staff, clergy, or all.)
  • Add workshops to your schedule by clicking the circle outlined to the left of the class title. (Once selected, you’ll see a black circle with a white check mark.)
  • Review your schedule by hovering your mouse over your avatar (either your initials or a picture you’ve uploaded) and then clicking “My Sched” in the drop down menu that appears.

  • Pay for any Hands-on Training classes that you've selected. You can pay for them here or click on the button on the class description. (HOT classes are $35 each.)

Additional Tips

  • To remove a workshop from your schedule, click on the check mark to the left of the workshop title (the check mark should disappear, and you’ll be able to select a different workshop for that time slot.)
  • If you’d like to print a copy of your schedule, click the printer icon (located either in the right sidebar or at the bottom of the webpage). The print view will open in a new tab—make sure that the “My Schedule tab” at the top of the webpage is selected before you print.

Parish Priests Attend Free!

It's awesome when priests and parish staff are able to learn alongside each other... and that's why we're carrying on our tradition of offering each parish a free priest registration when coupled with at least one staff registration from the same parish.

What's in it for your priest?

  • Great workshops! We have a few Priest Track classes geared specifically for priests, plus many other classes that will interest him.
  • A new perspective. If you've ever thought, Father just doesn't get it, you'll want to bring him to conference where he can better understand what staff really do and the tools they needs to be successful!
  • Inspiring keynotes. Everyone can learn something from and be inspired by the Catholic speakers who will be presenting this year's keynotes.
  • Time with other priests. It never hurts to spend a little quality time with others--especially other Catholics who face the same questions.
